Resiliensi dan Dukungan Masyarakat Terhadap Pengelolaan Wisata Alam Selama Pandemi COVID-19: Studi Kasus Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengakibatkan dampak yang sangat besar terhadap pengelolaan wisata, termasuk wisata alam yang melibatkan masyarakat lokal di Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru (TNBTS). Pandemi COVID-19 telah menimbulkan guncangan yang besar terhadap aspek ekologi, ekonomi, sosial, dan tata kelola masyarakat. Berbagai penelitian tentang resiliensi masyarakat terhadap pandemi COVID-19 telah banyak dilakukan, namun penelitian spesifik tentang resiliensi masyarakat penyangga taman nasional yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan wisata alam di TN di negara berkembang masih belum banyak dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat resiliensi masyarakat (sosial, ekologi, ekonomi, dan tata kelola masyarakat) dan korelasinya terhadap dukungan pengelolaan wisata alam selama pandemi COVID-19. Secara total, 94 responden terkumpul dan in-depth interview terhadap tokoh kunci telah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat resiliensi sosial dan tata kelola termasuk kategori baik, resiliensi ekonomi dan ekologis memiliki kategori sangat baik. Korelasi resiliensi sosial menunjukkan lemah dan negatif, resiliensi tata kelola sedang dan negatif, resiliensi ekonomi dan ekologis menunjukkan sedang dan positif terhadap dukungan pengelolaan wisata alam. Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi kemungkinan masyarakat untuk menjadi tangguh selama pandemi COVID-19 dan menyiratkan bahwa pemangku kepentingan harus fokus tidak hanya pada aktivitas wisata ditengah pandemi COVID-19 dan alokasi manfaat wisata alam tetapi juga meminimalkan tingkat kerentanan masyarakat, sehingga dapat meningkatkan resiliensi dan bertransformasi mewujudkan wisata alam yang berkelanjutan.
