Abstract:
This study aimed at describing and analyzing the counseling and guidance of information and orientation service, its programs, its implementation, and its monitoring and evaluation. The result revealed that the counseling and guidance programs at Public Senior High School 5 Malang have run well along with the monitoring and evaluation as well as the attempts made to improve the services.
Keyword: orientation and information service, system management quality of ISO.
Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis rencana kerja praktik bimbingan konseling layanan orientasi dan informasi, pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi bimbingan konseling layanan orientasi dan informasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rencana kerja praktik bimbingan konseling layanan orientasi dan informasi di SMA Negeri 5 Malang sudah berjalan baik, pelaksanaanya juga berjalan cukup baik, demikian juga dengan monitoring dan evaluasi, serta upaya peningkatan kinerja bimbingan konseling semuanya dapat dikatakan sudah berjalan dengan baik
Kata kunci: layanan orientasi dan informasi, sistem manajemen mutu ISO.
