Pendidikan Inklusif di SMK Negeri 2 Malang

Abstract:
This qualitative study investigated three aspects of inclusive education at Public Vocational High School 2 Malang. They were: 1) the implementation of the program; 2) the regular students’ responses towards the children with special needs; and 3) the infrastructure supports. The result revealed that the inclusive education program has been conducted for 3 years, joined by students with various types of disability, and taught by professional teachers using a modified curriculum. In addition, the intense socialization, the assistance of the students from social care program, and the supporting learning and practice facilities helped inclusive students be well accepted at Public Vocational High School 2 Malang

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Ada 3 aspek yang diteliti di SMK Negeri 2 Malang yaitu; 1).bagaimana pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif; 2). respon peserta didik reguler dalam menerima peserta didik ABK; 3).dukungan sarana dan prasarana dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan inklusif di SMK Negeri 2 Malang telah berlangsung selama 3 tahun, diikuti oleh peserta didik inklusif dengan berbagai macam jenis ketunaan, diajar oleh guru pendamping khusus yang profesional dan kurikulum yang dipakai adalah kurikulum modifikasi. Karena sosialisasi yang intens dan dibantu oleh peserta didik program keahlian Perawatan Sosial maka para peserta didik inklusif di terima kehadirannya di SMK Negeri 2 Malang, sedangkan sarana belajar dan praktek kerja sudah tersedia
