Implementasi Kebijakan Adiwiyata Dalam Upaya Mewujudkan Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup di SMA Kota Malang

Abstract:
This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The aims are to describe the implementation of the policy, the supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and provide a description in overcoming the inhibiting factors of Adiwiyata program on Public Senior High Schools 8 and 10 in Malang. The results showed that the policy of living environment in the school already stated in the official decision and integrated in each subject. Then, the schools socialize some of the main activities using the approach to the students to obtain perfect support to create absolute agreement that the school is truly environmental school. Furthermore, researcher still found various situations inhibiting the implementation of Adiwiyata, such as the unit of task is not on time, and there is a group of students who have not been realized in understanding the concept of environmental schools, funding issues, and the support of the society and other parties are still low. Schools have implemented the strategic steps to overcome existing barriers.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan, mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung, mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat, dan memberikan deskripsi dalam mengatasi hambatan program adiwiyata pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 8 dan 10 di Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan lingkungan hidup di sekolah sudah dituangkan dalam surat keputusan dan terintegrasi dalam masing-masing mata pelajaran. Kemudian mensosialisasikan beberapa kegiatan utama dengan pendekatan pada siswa guna mendapatkan dukungan yang sempurna sehingga menciptakan kesepakatan yang mutlak bahwa sekolah tersebut benar-benar sekolah berwawasan lingkungan. Selanjutnya masih dijumpai berbagai situasi permasalahan yang menghambat pelaksanaan adiwiyata, seperti satuan tugas yang tidak tepat waktu serta ada sekelompok siswa yang masih belum sadar dalam memahami konsep sekolah berwawasan lingkungan hidup, masalah pendanaan, dan dukungan masyarakat serta instansi lain yang masih rendah. Sekolah sudah melakukan langkah-langkah strategi guna mengatasi hambatan
