Abstract:
This study was qualitative towards the implementation of habituation of praying dzuhur together program as the effort in developing character education at school. Based on the result, it showed that: 1) the form of the implementation of habituation of praying dzuhur togetherprogram is carried out for 30 minutes everydaytogetherand continually;2) the supporting factors are, the support from school members and community in guiding and fostering the implementation intensively, the facilities and infrastructures which supportthe implementation of program maximally, while inhibiting factors are, community and parents are less giving a good support and the lack of discipline from school;3) the impact after program implementation is stipulated, there is kinship within students, students and teachers, while the other impact is students constantlyapply the program at home.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif terhadap implementasi program pembiasaan Sholat Dhuhur berjamaah sebagai upaya pengembangan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bentuk implementasi program pembiasaan Sholat Dhuhur berjalan selama 30 menit setiap hari secara bersama-sama dan kontinyu; 2) faktor pendukung, adanya dukungan dari seluruh warga sekolah dan masyarakat dalam membina dan membimbing pelaksanaan secara intensif, sarana prasarana yang menunjang pelaksanaan program menjadi lebih maksimal, sedangkan faktor kendala, masyarakat dan orang tua yang kurang memberikan dukungan baik, sedangkan dari sekolah, kurangnya kedisiplinan; 3) dampak setelah ditetapkannya implementasi program, terjadi hubungan kekerabatan antar peserta didik, peserta didik dengan guru, sedangkan dampak lain senantiasa mengaplikasikan program ini dirumah.
