Tuturan yang berdampak hukum ditinjau dari elemen dan fungsi konteks kultural di media sosial Tik-Tok Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tuturan yang berdampak hukum ditinjau dari elemen dan fungsi kultural di media sosial Tik-Tok Indonesia. Sesuai dengan tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dalam kerangka cyberpragmatic. Penelitian dilakukan di media sosial Tik-Tok Indonesia. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui tahap-tahap atau langkah-langkah, yakni (1) mengumpulkan data berupa konten-konten di aplikasi Tik-Tok, (2) memilah teks yang terdapat bahasa yang berdampak hukum sesuai dengan data yang dibutuhkan seperti pencemaran nama baik, penghinaan, dan SARA, (3) menyeleksi data dengan berdasar pada fokus permasalahan yang sudah ditentukan, (4) melakukan penyandian terhadap konten-konten yang ada di aplikasi Tik-Tok, (5) mendeskripsikan konteks kultural pada bahasa yang berdampak hukum di Tik-Tok, dan (6) menyimpulkan konteks kultural pada bahasa yang berdampak hukum di Tik-Tok. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik penganalisisan penelitian ini adalah analisis isi, dengan cara melakukan analisis konteks kultural pada teks di aplikasi Tik-Tok yang berdampak pada hukum. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya elemen konteks kultural yang muncul pergeseran apabila diterapkan untuk menganalisis tuturan dalam jaringan meliputi (1) situation, (2) partisipan, (3) ends, (4) addressee, (5) keys, (6) instruments, dan (7) genre. Sementara itu, fungsi konteks kultural yang muncul meliputi (1) fungsi konteks memberikan keterangan setting dan kondisi peserta tutur, (2) fungsi konteks memberikan keterangan atau informasi pengetahuan peserta tutur, (3) fungsi konteks memberikan keterangan atau informasi sebelum tuturan terjadi, dan (4) memiliki fungsi konteks memberikan informasi tambahan mengenai peserta tutur. Penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat agar lebih memperhatikan penggunaan diksi yang digunakan dalam menulis maupun bertutur di media sosial. Bagi pendidikan bahasa Indonesia, penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sumbangsih dalam studi cyberpragmatics yang digunakan untuk mengaji permasalahan tuturan yang diduga berdampak hukum.
