ABSTRAK
Invaginasi sering ditemukan pada anak dan biasanya bersifat idiopatik karena tidak diketahui penyebabnya. Kebanyakan ditemukan pada kelompok umur 2-12 bulan, dan lebih banyak pada anak lelaki. Invaginasi umumnya berupa intususepsi ileosekal yang masuk naik ke kolon asendens dan mungkin terus sampai keluar dari rektum. Invaginasi dapat menyebabkan nekrosis iskemik pada bagian usus yang masuk dengan komplikasi perforasi dan peritonitis.

ABSTRACT
Intussusception often found in child and usually had idiopathic because is not known the cause. Majority found in age group 2-12 month, and more many in male. Intussusception usually ileocaecal that enter to colon asendens and may be then until out from rectum. Intussusception can causes ischemic necrosis in intestines with complication of perforation and peritonitis.
