ABSTRAK
Kesehatan reproduksi remaja di kota-kota besar, seperti di Kota Yogyakarta, berperan besar dalam kesehatan reproduksi nasional. Teori Pender’s Health Promotion Model (HPM) oleh Pender, Murdaugh, dan Parsons (2002) memberikan penjelasan bahwa pengetahuan yang berasal dari pengalaman seseorang akan mempengaruhi proses kognitif dalam mempertimbangkan keputusan untuk melakukan sebuah tindakan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bersifat analisis korelasi dengan pendekatan crossectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada remaja siswa SMAN se-Kotamadya Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2012/2013 sejumlah 131 siswa pada bulan Mei 2013. Teknik Stratified Proportional Random Sampling digunakan dalam memilih responden. Uji statistik chi square digunakan sebagai uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan remaja sebesar 51,1% dalam kategori tinggi, dan kepercayaan diri remaja sebesar 38,2% dalam kategori tinggi, tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin dengan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi, ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin dengan kepercayaan diri, ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan kepercayaan diri untuk menghindari seks bebas. (p value = 0,067; 0,000; 0,021, á = 0,05). Pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi oleh UKS di sekolah perlu ditingkatkan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri remaja.

ABSTRACT
Adolescent reproductive health in major cities, such as in the city of Yogyakarta, a major role in the national reproductive health. Theory of Pender’s Health Promotion Model (HPM) by Pender, Murdaugh, and Parsons (2002) explains that the knowledge derived from the experience of one will affect the cognitive process in considering the decision to perform a medical act. This study is cross-sectional correlation analysis approach. This study used a questionnaire given to teenage high school students as Yogyakarta Municipality school year 2012/2013 a number of 131 students in May 2013. Proportional Stratified Random Sampling techniques used in selecting respondents. Chi-square statistical test is used as a test of the hypothesis. The results showed that the level of knowledge of adolescents 51.1% in the high category, and adolescent self-efficacy of 38.2% in the high category, there was no significant association between the sexes with knowledge of reproductive health, there is a significant association between the sexes with self-efficacy, there is a significant association between reproductive health knowledge with self-efficacy to avoid casual sex. (p value = 0.067; 0,000; 0.021, á = 0,05). By the implementation of reproductive health education in schools needs to be improved by UKS as an effort to increase knowledge, so as to increase the self-efficacy of youth.
