ABSTRAK
Faktor penghambat dalam pemberian ASI adalah produksi ASI itu sendiri. Beberapa cara untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI adalah dengan pemberian massage punggung dan kompres hangat payudara. . Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasy Eksperimental tanpa kelompok kontrol dengan pendekatan Pre-Pro test Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu menyusui bayi usia 1-3 bulan di Desa Majang Tengah wilayah kerja puskesmas Pamotan Dampit Malang sejumlah 32 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 orang dengan teknik “total sampling”. Analisa data menggunakan uji beda dua mean atau t test independen. Hasil didapatkan bahwa pemberian massage punggung lebih efektif daripada kompres hangat payudara untuk meningkatkan ASI. Untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI padaibu menyusui, maka pemberian massage punggung lebih ditingkatkan lagi.

ABSTRACT
Some ways to increase of non pharmachology therapy that can increase milk production is by giving back massage and breast warm compression. This research design is quasy experimental without hearing and controlling group with Pre-Pro test Design. This research population are 32 mothers fedding 1-3 months babies in Central Majang village for Region of Pamotan’s Community Health Center in Dampit Malang. There were 32 samples with total sampling technique. Results that provision of back massage is more effective than breast warm compression to increase lactation. To improve lactation, mothers are encouraged to do back massage.
