ABSTRAK
Manajemen nyeri non farmakologi perlu dilakukan oleh perawat di ruang bedah meskipun sering ditemui kendala beban kerja yang tinggi. Intervensi manajemen nyeri nonfarmakologi yang dilakukan keluarga dengan memberikan pelukan, dukungan, distraksi dan lain-lain. Tujuan dari kegiatan inovasi ini untuk meningkatkan manajemen nyeri pada pasien post operasi dengan melibatkan keluarga. kegiatan dengan melakukan pengkajian, merumuskan masalah, menyusun intervensi, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi di ruangan BcH RSUPN Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Pelaksanaan manajemen nyeri non farmakologi dengan bantuan keluarga cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan intervensi masalah nyeri. Pelibatan keluarga juga efektif dalam melakukakan intervensi mengatasi masalah nyeri yang di observasi oleh perawat. Sebagian besar keluarga melakukan lebih dari 50% ceklist tindakan intervensi manajemen nyeri yang diberikan perawat. Hasil evaluasi skala nyeri menunjukkan terdapat penurunan skala nyeri rata-rata dari nyeri sedang ke nyeri ringan dan tidak nyeri dengan rentang skala 6-0 menggunakan skala VAS dan FLACC. Pelaksaaan manajemen nyeri diperlukan adanya kerjasama antara keluarga dan perawat

ABSTRACT
Non-pharmacological pain management needs to be done by nurses in the operating room although often encountered obstacles high workload. Nonpharmacological pain management interventions have done by families with hugs, support , and other distractions . The purpose of this innovation activities is to improve the management of postoperative pain in patients with the family involvment. Methods of assessing the activities, formulate problems, develop interventions, implementation and evaluation in the BCH Room Dr Cipto Mangunkusumo. The results of the implementation of the activities obtained non-pharmacological pain management with the help of the family is quite effective in improving interventions pain problems. Based on the nurse‘ observation, families involvment is effective in addressing problem of pain . Mostof families did more than 50 % checklist of pain management interventions that given by a nurse. Pain scale evaluation results showed there is a decrease in the average of pain scale, from moderate to mild pain and no pain with range 6-0 scale using the VAS scale and FLACC. Pain management required the cooperation between families and carers
