ABSTRAK
Masalah sulit makan merupakan masalah yang umum terjadi pada anak usia prasekolah. Struktur peran anggota keluarga terutama ibu sangat berpengaruh terhadap gangguan sulit makan pada anak. Tujuan studi kasus untuk mengetahui diagnosa keperawatan keluarga, mengidentikasi tindakan keperawatan, melakukan evaluasi pada kasus keluarga dengan balita sulit makan. Metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan keluarga meliputi tahapan yaitu pengkajian, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil berupa diagnosa keperawatan yang dapat diidentifikasi ada dua yaitu: kurang pengetahuan dan resiko gangguan nutrisi. Tindakan keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan adalah aplikasi terapi modalitas (terapi perilaku, food combining), konseling dan choaching. Kesimpulan dan saran meliputi strategi intervensi meliputi penerapan terapi modalitas (food combining), terapi perilaku, konseling dan (coaching), pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mencapai kompetensi komunitas, membangun koalisi untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dengan berbagai pihak yang potensial. Penerapan terapi modalitas food combining pada agregat balita sulit makan memerlukan modifikasi dan kombinasi dengan terapi modalitas perubahan perilaku. Pemberian menu seimbangan dan modifikasi perilaku yang maladaptif menjadi perliku adaptif akan menciptakan suatu terapi yang handal untuk mengatasi masalah sulit makan pada agregat balita.

ABSTRACT
Difficult problem eat is common problem happened at age child of prasekolah. Structure role of family member especially mother very have an effect on to difficult trouble eat at child. Target of case study to know diagnosa treatment of family, treatment action mengidentikasi, evaluate at family case with difficult balita eat. Used method with approach of upbringing treatment of family cover step that is study, planning, execution, and evaluation. Result of in the form of diagnosa treatment of which can identified by there is two that is: less and trouble risk of nutrisi. Action treatment of which can conducted by is therapy application of modalitas (behavioral therapy, combining food), and konseling of choaching. Conclusion and suggestion cover intervention strategy cover applying of therapy of modalitas (combining food), behavioral therapy, and konseling ( coaching), enableness of society to reach community interest, developing coalition to reach wanted target by various potential side. Applying of therapy of modalitas combining food at aggregate of balita difficult eat to need combination and modification with therapy of modalitas change of behavior. Gift of well-balanced menu and behavioral modification which is maladaptif become my innuendo of adaptif will create an reliable therapy to overcome difficult problem eat at aggregate of balita.
