Journal of Local Government Issues (LOGOS) ISSN 2620-8091, Online 2620-3812 is the journal by Department of Government Studies Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang aims to prompt discussion, sharing, and debate on topical issues of particular interest or concern in the subjects of public policies, urban city policies, legislation process, disaster management, conflict management, social empowerment, Corruption in Public Sector, Social Media and Politics, E- Public Services, Elections, and Political Parties, local politics, and local elites of a political party. The journal welcomes contributions from scholars from the humanities and social sciences with a research interest in the developed and developing world.

The journal will bring out articles on the issues twice a year around the month of March and September. LOGOS is published by the collaboration between Department of Government Studies, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Indonesia, and Asosiasi Ilmu Pemerintahan Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah (AIPPTM), Asia Pacific Society For Public Affairs (APSPA), Kesatuan Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan Indonesia (KAPSIPI) and Asosiasi Dosen Ilmu Pemerintahan Indonesia (ADIPSI). A manuscript submitted to the Editorial Board for consideration must be original unpublished work, not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
