Journal of Local Government Issues (LOGOS) ISSN 2620-8091, Online 2620-3812 is the journal of the Department of Government Studies, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, which aims to encourage discussion, sharing, and debate on local government issues including governance, local politics, public policy, public services, elections, e-government, government leadership, urban politics, and other relevant topics. The journal welcomes contributions from scholars from the humanities and social sciences with research interests in poor, developing, and developed countries.
The journal will bring out articles on the issues twice a year around the month of March and September. LOGOS is published by the collaboration between Department of Government Studies, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Indonesia, and Asosiasi Ilmu Pemerintahan Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah (AIPPTM), Asia Pacific Society for Public Affairs (APSPA), Kesatuan Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan Indonesia (KAPSIPI) and Asosiasi Dosen Ilmu Pemerintahan Indonesia (ADIPSI). A manuscript submitted to the Editorial Board for consideration must be original, unpublished work, not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
