Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing human resources at BMT UGT Nusantara, Botolinggo Branch. This type of research used qualitative research. The approach in this study uses a case study. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity test used source triangulation and theory triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy for developing human resources at BMT UGT Nusantara Botolinggo Branch is in three ways, namely the first recruitment by prioritizing prospective employees who graduate from Islamic boarding schools. The second internal development strategies consist of training, providing motivation, spirit culture, incentives and discipline development. The third external development strategies consist of competency and training.
