Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Murabahah Finance in the Fatwa Review of DSN MUI at Bank Muamalat Malang branch office. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach, where data collection is carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation regarding the Implementation of Murabahah Finance in Reviewing the Fatwa of DSN MUI at Bank Muamalat Malang branch office. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the application of murabahah finance at bank muamalat Malang branch office in terms of the fatwa of DSN MUI there were several processes including the bank financing one item, one of which was a customer coming to Bank Mualamat to buy goods, but because the goods knew the customer so Bank Muamalat needed a wakalah contract/ the representative to buy the goods after receiving the goods, the Bank will perform a murabahah contract, namely the goods will be sold to the customer so that the customer pays the selling price from the bank instead of the selling price from the supplier, the selling price of the bank will be added to the bank's margin. Its implementation is in accordance with fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, namely financing the halal sector of buying and selling contracts in accordance with the pillars and requirements of products that have passed through DSN and MUI.
