Manajemen Pengendalian Mutu dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Konsumen
(Studi Kasus di Rumah Makan Ayam Uleg Cak Abit)
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify and explain the application of quality control management at the uleg cak abit chicken restaurant in Malang in the perspective of Islamic economics. and explain the quality control management at the chicken restaurant Uleg Cak Abit according to Islamic Shari'a. This type of qualitative research, with case study approach at chicken restaurant uleg cak abit. The result of this assessment is used with the theory of Lena ellitan, which, according to the five categories, rival customers, top management support, supplier relationship, Labour management, work attitude. These five categories have been adequately met. Hasn't been met properly on a supplier relationship category and Labour management in Ayam Uleg Cak Abit.
