Abstract

Factors that influence society can be in the form of product and non-product factors. If the level of customer satisfaction is high, the customer will not choose another financial institution. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the community in saving funds at BMT Mandiri Sejahtera, East Java. This analysis uses exogenous variables (independent) Service, Product, Location, Promotion, and endogenous variable (dependent) Interest in saving funds. The sample of this research was conducted using accidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed directly via a link to the members of BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java as many as 94 questionnaires. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that services, products, locations, promotions have a positive effect on interest in saving funds at BMT Mandiri Sejahtera, East Java. Service is the most influential factor in generating public interest. This is reinforced by the answers of members of BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java.
