Gojek PayLater in the Sale and Purchase Agreement is a discussion that reviews the PayLater feature provided by Gojek services and how this feature relates to the concept of buying and selling contracts in Islam. The PayLater feature allows users to purchase goods or services online through the Gojek platform, without the need to pay directly. Users can pay later at a certain time according to the conditions set. In the context of buying and selling contracts, transactions using the PayLater feature at Gojek can be categorized as bay' al-credit contracts (credit buying and selling) or qardh (borrowing and borrowing) contracts. In this case, the fund provider provides a loan to the user and the user agrees to pay for it in the future. However, it is important to look closely at the sharia aspects of this practice. For example, are there additional interest or additional fees in the payment system? Is the price fixing mechanism in accordance with the principles of fairness and mutual agreement? In the DSN MUI fatwa No.110/DSNMUI/IX/2017 concerning the Practice of Sale and Purchase Payment System Contracts for PayLater Gojek, several Islamic legal guidelines regarding this practice have also been discussed. The fatwa explains the legal requirements of the payment system sale and purchase agreement on PayLater Gojek and the steps that must be fulfilled for the transaction to take place in a sharia way. This discussion is important to ensure that Gojek's PayLater feature complies with Islamic principles in buying and selling contracts. Thus, users can use this feature with confidence and keep their transactions in accordance with religious teachings.
