Efektivitas Dana Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM) di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19 di Sumbawa

This study aims to find out whether the BPUM Fund program from the government is given to Micro Business actors to maintain their business resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sumbawa. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive research. There were seven subjects in this study, namely three from Diskoperindag as distributors of BPUM funds and four micro-enterprises from two sub-districts in Sumbawa. Methods of data collection are done through the method of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis in this study uses the theory of Milles Hubermen and Saldana, namely by collecting data, condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Test the validity in this study using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the BPUM Fund program is indeed considered ineffective because three of the four effectiveness indicators state that the effectiveness of the BPUM Fund program has not been achieved or is not appropriate.
