Dampak COVID-19 Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Provinsi Papua

This study aims to analyze the impact of covid-19, poverty, movement, and per capita GDP on the human development index in Papua Province. The type of data used in this study is panel data. The tool used to perform the test is eviews9. The tests used in this study were the FE, CE, RE, Chou, Hausman, LM test, multiple linear regression. The results show that covid-19 has an insignificant negatif effect where the coefficient value is -0.0003 with a probability value of 0.6194, poverty has a negatif effect where the coefficient value is -0.4745 with a probability value of 0.0001, GDP has a positive effect where the coefficient value is of 7.31 with a probability value of 0.0247, and a significant positive effect with a coefficient of 0.0010 with a probability value of 0.0059
