The COVID-19 pandemi is a concern for the food processing industry sector and other sectors, this research aims to analyze the impact of the pandemi on income, the number of workers, the level of demand and the level of production. This research uses data reduction method, data display, conclusion drawing/verivication and vikor. The COVID-19 pandemi has an impact on income, production levels and product demand for micro, small and medium enterprises.
Pandemi covid 19 menjadi perhatian bagi sektor industri olahan makanan pangan maupun sektor lainya, hal ini peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pandemi terhadap pendapatan, jumlah tenaga kerja, tingkat permintaan dan tingkat produksi. penelitian ini menggunakan metode data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/ verication dan vikor. pandemi covid 19 berdampak pada pendapatan, tingkat produksi dan tingkat permintaan produk pada usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah.
