Analisis Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Sektor Ekonomi Unggulan di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jawa Timur Tahun 2017-2021

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of labor, HDI, and the minimum wage on economic growth. The method used in this study uses panel data regression analysis. And the results of this study indicate that panel data regression shows HDI, and minimum wages have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in East Java Province. And labor has a negatif and insignificant effect on economic growth in East Java Province in 2017-2021.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tenaga kerja, IPM, dan upah minimum terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa regresi data panel menunjukkan IPM, dan upah minimum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2017-2021.
