STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN EKONOMI KREATIF DI KOTA MALANG

The purpose of this research is to find out the development strategies of 4 creative economic in Malang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis using SWOT analysis to carry out strategies with the aim of improving the development of the creative economy by looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Based on the results of the study, 4 creative economic sub-sectors in Malang City have different variations of strategies for each sector, creative economic sub-sectors also have various problems in carrying out their creative efforts. Problems such as human resources in the music and culinary sector, besides financial problems in the craft, culinary, fashion and music sectors.Other problems such as technological problems as a support for the craft and culinary sub-sector. Business people in 4 creative economic sub-sectors are forced to make an innovation or creative idea to create creative output.
