PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI (SELF EFFICACY) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI SE-KOTA BANDUNG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Se-Kota Bandung. Sampel sebanyak 362 siswa diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan: (1) Skala efikasi diri; dan (2) Nilai UAS siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian konklusif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode penelitian adalah survey. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sebagian besar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri Se-Kota Bandung memiliki: tingkat efikasi diri yang tinggi, dan hasil belajar ekonomi berada dalam kategori sedang; (2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 60,5%, sedangkan sisanya 39,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian.
