Analisis Kinerja Campuran Perkerasan Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC) Menggunakan Bahan Tambah Asbuton B 50/30 Terhadap Parameter Marshall

Perkerasan merupakan adalah elemen penting dalam konstruksi jalan raya untuk memastikan kelancaran lalu lintas. Indonesia membutuhkan sekitar 1,6 juta ton aspal setiap tahun karena tingginya kerusakan jalan yang memerlukan perbaikan berulang. PT Pertamina hanya mampu memenuhi sekitar 30% dari kebutuhan aspal, sehingga sebagian besar harus diimpor. Asbuton, dengan kandungannya yang lebih unggul, dapat menjadi alternatif yang potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja campuran AC-WC dengan Asbuton B 50/30 (Lawele Granular Asphalt, LGA) dan menentukan kadar optimum penggunaannya. Pada penelitian ini, Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) ditentukan terlebih dahulu menggunakan metode eksperimen. Kemudian, dibuat benda uji dengan Asbuton B 50/30 sebagai bahan tambah aspal dengan variasi 5%, 6,5%, 8%, 9,5%, dan 11% berdasarkan nilai KAO. Campuran diuji dengan metode Marshall untuk mendapatkan karakteristik Marshall berdasarkan spesifikasi Bina Marga Tahun 2018 Revisi 2. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kadar optimum Asbuton B 50/30 adalah 5,75% dengan karakteristik Marshall Test yang memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan.
