Studi Stabilitas Bangunan Pengendali Longsor STA 0+080 ROW 22 Bukit Melia, Citra Indah City Bogor

Peristiwa tanah longsor atau dikenal sebagai gerakan massa tanah, batuan atau kombinasi keduanya, sering terjadi pada lereng-lereng alam atau buatan, merupakan fenomena alam untuk mencari keseimbangan baru akibat adanya gangguan atau faktor yang mempengaruhi dan menyebabkan terjadinya pengurangan kuat geser serta peningkatan tegangan geser tanah. Longsor terjadi karena adanya gerakan tanah. Peristiwa longsor pada ROW 22 Bukit Melia Citra Indah City Bogor dengan tinggi lereng 8,5 m memerlukan studi tentang bangunan pengendali longsor. Perhitungan perencanaan ditentukan dengan nilai stabilitas lereng. Dengan adanya perencanaan bangunan pengendali longsor dengan alternatif pilihan berupa penggunaan geotekstile atau pemasangan mikropile. Kebutuhan geotekstile tipe STABILENKA 1000/100 menggunakan 6 lapis dengan lebar 2 m (3 lapis) bentang 8 m, 1 m (2 lapis) bentang 7,75 m, dan 0,5 m (1 lapis) bentang 7,5 sesuai ketinggian lereng yaitu 8,5 m dan panjang bidang longsor 22 m. Sedangkan alternatif penggunaan mikropile dengan jumlah 5 pile dan jarak bentang 2 m, spesifikasi yang digunakan adalah mikropile 30 x 30 cm. Penggunaan geotekstil dan formasi mikropile dapat memberikan nilai keamanan yang memenuhi terutama formasi mikropile terhadap arah melintang sangat menentukan.
