Persiapan dan performa guru matematika profesional: Studi kasus penggunaan SPADA

Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) menuntut guru menjadi profesional yang kreatif, logis, dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan desain pembelajaran matematika dan soal berbasis HOTS. Hal ini bertolak belakang dengan pembelajaran di sekolah dimana tidak semua guru mampu mendesain pembelajaran inovatif, soal matematika yang masih bersifat prosedural, dan pengelolaan bahan ajar matematika yang monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persiapan dan performa guru setelah mengikuti program PPG melalui penggunaan SPADA. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) Tahun 2019 dengan melibatkan 40 mahasiswa Program PPG kelas dalam jabatan dan prajabatan. Data berupa persiapan dan performa yang diperoleh dari kuisioner terbuka dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profesionalitas guru matematika yang ditinjau dari persiapan dan performa guru yaitu persiapan guru meningkat meliputi kegiatan pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran, pemanfaatan sumber belajar internet, strategi pembelajaran, dan asesmen pembelajaran matematika. Performa guru di kelas juga mengalami peningkatan efektivitasnya ditinjau dari kemampuan mengelola kelas berbasis internet, penguasaan konten matematika dan menggunakan instrumen asesmen pembelajaran.Downloads
