Pengembangan Kebijakan Energi Terbarukan di Indonesia, Vietnam, dan Laos

Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan kebijakan energi terbarukan di ASEAN dengan studi kasus Indonesia, Vietnam, dan Laos. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analisis, studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami strategi dan implementasi kebijakan energi terbarukan di ketiga negara tersebut dalam konteks target ASEAN. Selain itu, konsep ketahanan energi juga dibahas dalam tulisan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ASEAN menargetkan 23% energi terbarukan dalam bauran energi regional pada 2025. Indonesia menetapkan target 23% energi baru terbarukan pada 2025 dan 31% pada 2050 melalui Kebijakan Energi Nasional. Vietnam menargetkan 32% listrik dari sumber terbarukan pada 2030 dan 43% pada 2050. Sementara Laos menargetkan 30% energi terbarukan dari total konsumsi energi pada 2025. Meskipun menunjukan komitmen yang kuat, ketiga negara masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam implementasi. Namun, dengan adanya artikulasi kebijakan yang jelas, negara-negara ini terus berupaya untuk merealisasikan target energi terbarukan mereka dan berkontribusi pada upaya global mitigasi perubahan iklim.
