Dinamika Wacana Pengungsi di Media Sosial: Tantangan dan Peluang Reformulasi Kebijakan Migrasi di Indonesia

Fenomena migrasi global telah mendorong munculnya berbagai wacana tentang pengungsi di media sosial, yang secara signifikan memengaruhi arah kebijakan migrasi. Artikel ini mengadopsi kerangka kebijakan pengungsi global dari James Milner untuk menganalisis dinamika isu pengungsi di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan analisis wacana digital, studi ini menelaah bagaimana narasi di media sosial membentuk persepsi publik yang berdampak pada stabilitas sosial, ekonomi, dan politik nasional. Berbeda dari studi sebelumnya, penelitian ini menekankan kebaruan pada pemanfaatan riset digital untuk mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara wacana daring, reformasi kebijakan migrasi, dan penguatan ketahanan nasional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dinamika narasi publik menghadirkan tantangan signifikan bagi pemerintah dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang adil dan responsif. Studi ini merekomendasikan pentingnya peran multi-aktor dalam menyusun kebijakan migrasi yang inklusif. Sinergi antara negara dan masyarakat sipil dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan kebijakan yang tidak hanya melindungi kepentingan nasional, tetapi juga menjamin hak-hak dasar pengungsi serta mendorong respons yang adaptif terhadap dinamika global.
