FORGIVENESS DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP PERAWAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara forgiveness dengan stres kerja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah di Kota Malang. Desain penelitian ini berupa correlational research. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua macam skala yaitu skala untuk mengukur tingkat forgiveness dan stres kerja. Proses analisa data menggunakan rumus korelasi tata jenjang dari Spearman. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai r = -0,523, dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01); artinya penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara forgiveness dengan stres kerja. Pada subjek dengan forgiveness tinggi ditemukan stres kerja rendah dan begitupula sebaliknya pada subjek dengan forgiveness rendah ditemukan stres kerja yang tinggi. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) = 0,274; menunjukkan sumbangan efektif forgiveness terhadap stres kerja 27,4%, sisanya 72,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
