SHIFT KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA KOTA TARAKAN

Kinerja merupakan hasil yang berkaitan dengan produktifitas dan efektifitas, produktifitas disini merupakan hubungan antara jumlah barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan dengan jumlah tenaga, modal, dan sumber daya yang digunakan dalam produksi. Shift kerja adalah pola waktu kerja yang diberikan pada tenaga kerja untuk mengerjakan sesuatu dan biasanya dibagi atas kerja pagi, sore dan malam.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh shift kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-tes dengan skala kinerja. Jumlah subjek sebanyak 120 orang pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja yang bekerja Shift. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh shift kerja terhadap kinerja dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis Independent Sample Test dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05, dengan rata-rata kinerja shift pagi lebih besar sebesar 135.60 dari kinerja shift malam sebesar 122.02.

Performance is the result related to productivity and effectiveness, productivity here is the relationship between the amount of goods and services produced by the number of workers, capital, and resources used in production. work shift patterns of working time is given in labor to grind and is usually divided into work in the morning, afternoon and malam.Tujuan this study was to determine the effect of shift work on performance. This study uses the non-test performance scale. The number of subjects over 120 Civil Service Police Unit employees who work shift. The results showed that there was the influence of shift work on performance is evidenced by the results of the analysis Independent Sample Test with significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 with the average performance of a large shift over morning by 135.60 of the performance of the night shift at 122.02.
