VALIDITAS DAN RELIABILITAS SKALA SELF-EFFICACY

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk(1) adaptasi skala self-efficacy;(2) mengungkap karakteristik skala self-efficacy; (3) menyusun norma baru. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 700 mahasiswa di Universtas Muhammadiyah Malang.Item dianalisis secara kualitatif, dan kuantitatif. Analisis item secara kualitatif dengan ditelaah oleh dua orang ahli bahasa. Telaah item untuk mengetahui kualitas item dilihat dari materi konstruksi dan bahasa. Analisis item secara kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan progam SPSS 16. Hasil analisis digunakan untuk mengetahui item yang memenuhi kriteria item yang baik yaitu: korelasi antara item-total > 0,30. Analisis faktor digunakan untuk mendapatkan konfirmasi bahwa suatu tes terdiri atas sejumlah faktor yang direncanakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 21 item valid dengan korelasi antara item-total > 0,30, dan 2 item tidak valid karena korelasi item-total < 0.30. Reliabilitas Alpha = 0.87. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga faktor yang melandasi konstruk ini bobot sumbangan satu faktor terhadap konstruk berkisar antara 13,719%-16,437%. Secara keseluruhan faktor tersebut mampu mengungkap konstruk skala self efficacy sebesar 44,970%.

This research is aimed to: (1) adaptation of self efficacy scale (2) indicatethe characteristic self efficacy scale (3) identify new norm. This tryout were folowed by 700 students of the Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Items test are analysed using qualitative, quantitative, and factor analysis. Qualitative analysis were conducted by two lecturer of Ianguage. Item use are examined to know the quality of item base on matter, construction and language. Item analysed quantitatively using progam 16.00. The result analysis intended to know item base on criterions bellow; corelation item-total > 0,30. Factor analysis was used to get the confirmation that test consisted by a number of planned factor.Analysis result shown that 21 item valid, because corelation item-total > 0,30 and 2 item can’t received because corelation item-total < 0,30. Reliability Alpha = 0,87. The result Factor analysis shown that construct base on one faktor between 13,719%- 16,437%. All of factor give 44,970%. contribution to to the construct self efficacy scale.
