KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI KARYAWAN

Pemimpin harus memiliki inovasi untuk memimpin perusahaan sehingga karyawan bisa memunmbuhkan komitmen organisasinya. Apabila komitmen organisasi tumbuh di sebuah perusahaan maka karyawan akan tergerak untuk melaksanakan tugas dengan maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan trasformasional dengan komitmen organisasi karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan subjek sebanyak 38 karyawan dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan komitmen organisasi karyawan yang dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan product moment dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0.550 dan p = 0,000 ; p < 0,01. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi nilai kepemimpinan transformasional maka akan dibarengi dengan nilai yang tinggi pada komitmen organisasi, begitu pula sebaliknya, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 30,3%.

Leaders must have the innovation to lead the company so that employees can memunmbuhkan organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship trasformasional leadership and organizational commitment of employees. This quantitative-correlational study employed total sampling technique in choosing the subjects: 38 employees of Financial Cooperative. The data were collected using transformational leadership and organizational commitment scales. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and organizational commitment with product-moment correlation coefficient r = 0.550 and p = 0.000; p < 0.01. It means that the higher the value of transformational leadership is, the higher the organizational commitment is, and vice versa, with effective contribution as much as 30.3%.
