KONTRIBUSI PERSEPSI PADA BEBAN KERJA DAN KECERDASAN EMOSI TERHADAP STRES KERJA GURU SMP YANG TERSERTIFIKASI

Pendidikan memerlukan perbaikan dalam beberapa komponen, salah satunya profesionalisme guru. Peningkatan profesionalisme guru dengan mengurus sertifikasi. Untuk mendapatkan mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi ini guru dituntut untuk menyesuaikan beban kerjanya. Beban kerja yang dirasakan oleh guru bisa menyebabkan munculnya stress kerja karena aturan-aturannya pada Tupoksi memiliki persyaratan yang cukup ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi persepsi pada beban kerja dan kecerdasan emosi terhadap stres kerja guru yang disertifikasi. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 80 orang guru SMP di Kec. X dan Kec. Y. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh hasil ada hubungan persepsi beban kerja guru dan kecerdasan emosi terhadap tingkat stress kerja guru (r2=0,338 ; p=0,000).

Education requires improvements in several components, one of which the professionalism of teachers. Increased professionalism of teachers to take care of certification. To get an allowance is certified teachers are required to adjust their work load. The work load is perceived by the teacher can lead to the emergence of job stress due to rules on Tupoksi have stringent requirements. The purpose of this research is to find out contribution perception of work load and emotional inteligence to teacher job stress after certification. Type of research used in this research is correlational research with 80 teacher certification on SMP Kec.X and SMP Kec.Y as subject. Subjects were taken by propotional random sampling technique. Data were processed using Multiple Regression Analyisis Technique. The result indicated there is significant correlation between perception of teacher work load and emotional intelligence with stress level to the work of teacher (r2=0,338 ; p=0,000).
