EFEKTIVITAS GROUP COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY (GCBT) DALAM MENURUNKAN KECEMASAN MENGHADAPI PELAKU BULLYING DITINJAU DARI HARGA DIRI PADA KORBAN BULLYING

Perilaku bullying yang ada pada anak dan remaja saat ini mulai marak terjadi di Indonesia. Dampak yang dialami korban bullying adalah perasaan cemas, takut dan bahkan depresi. Salah satu metode yang dianggap efektif untuk menurunkan kecemasan adalah Group Cognitive Behavior Therapy (GCBT) dan efektivitas penurunan kecemasan ini dipengaruhi oleh harga diri seseorang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas GCBT dalam menurunkan kecemasan yang dialami korban ketika menghadapi pelaku bullying, serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan penurunan kecemasan menghadapi pelaku bullying antara korban yang mempunyai harga diri tinggi dan korban dengan harga diri rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen pre-post design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan random sampling dengan jumlah subjek penelitian 15 santri yang tinggal di Pesantren Anak Yatim (PAY) Al-Bisri Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan Skala Olweus. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dilakukan uji-t dan anakova. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa GCBT efektif menurunkan kecemasan menghadapi pelaku bullying pada santri di Pesantren Anak Yatim (PAY) Al-Bisri. Sedangkan variabel harga diri mempengaruhi penurunan kecemasan menghadapi pelaku bullying namun tidak signifikan.

There are many bullying behavior cases to children and adolescent in Indonesia. The impact to the bullying victims is the feeling of anxiety, afraid and even depression. One of the methods that are considered effective to decrease the anxiety is Group Cognitive Behavior Therapy (GCBT) and the effectiveness of this anxiety decrease is influenced by someone self-esteem. The goals of this research are to review the effectiveness of GCBT implemented in decreasing the anxiety of the bullying victims in facing the bullying subject and also to know the differences of decreased anxiety to bullying subjects from the victims who have high and low self esteem. This research is done by using experimental method, by pre-post design experiment. The sample collection technique is random sampling and total subject 15 student in Pesantren Anak Yatim (PAY) Al Bisri Surabaya. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interview and Olweus Scale. Based on the data possessed, it is done t-test and anakova, t-test results is 0,644 with a significance 0,01. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the GCBT is effective in decreasing the anxiety in facing bullying subjects to the students in Pesantren Anak Yatim (PAY) Al-Bisri. While, the self-esteem variable influences the decreasing of anxiety in facing bullying subjects, but the influence is not significant.
