PENGASUHAN IBU BERKARIR DAN INTERNALISASI NILAI KARIR PADA REMAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap persepsi remaja terhadap wanita karier sebagai dampak dari pengasuhan yang selama ini dirasakannya dan akan menjadikan nilai-nilai yang terinternalisasi dalam diri ketika kelak dewasa nanti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 29 mahasiswa dan mahasiswi psikologi. Pengambilan data dengan cara angket terbuka dan FGD Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara kuantitas lebih banyak yang memiliki persepsi positif dibandingkan yang negative. Terbentuknya persepsi ini sangat tergantung pada bagaimana ibu mampu mengatur waktu dan perhatiannya antara keluarga dan pekerjaannya. Dampak positif dan negative dirasakan oleh semua subyek. Nilai yang terinternalisasi bagi remaja laki-laki yang memiliki persepsi positif dan mampu mengolah dampak dengan baik maka akan mengijinkan istrinya untuk berkarier dan sebaliknya. Sementara untuk remaja perempuan akan memotivasi dirinya kelak akan menjadi wanita karier.

This research aims to reveal the adolescent 's perception of the career woman as a result of parenting that has been felt and will make the values are internalized within one day when I grow up . This research used qualitative methods to research subjects were 29 male and female students of psychology.Maked of data by means of an open questionnaire and FGD. The results showed that more Quantitatively who have positive perceptions than the negative. The formation of this perception is highly dependent on how the mother is able to regulate of time and attention between family and her work. Positive and negative impact felt by all subjects. But the deciding factor this may be a conflict or a family would be a challenge to complete is dependent on how mothers adjust both their role and support of her husband. Internalized values for young men who have a positive perception of the impact and able to process well then be allow her to pursue a career and vice versa. As for the teen girls will motivate him will become a career woman.
