Abstract

Keberadaan psikolog dalam struktur pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama (Puskesmas) dirasa sangat  penting agar tercapai kondisi masyarakat yang sehat secara paripurna. Salah satu pihak yang dapat bersinergi dengan psikolog Puskesmas adalah kader Posyandu karena kader Posyandu berasal dari daerah yang sama dengan wilayah binaan dan sehari-hari berinteraksi dengan lingkungan masyarakat di tempat ia tinggal. Tulisan ini dibuat untuk mendeskripsikan upaya-upaya sinergi yang sudah dan akan dapat dilakukan antara psikolog Puskesmas dan kader Posyandu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga orang psikolog Puskesmas dan lima orang kader Posyandu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya beberapa kerja sama yang dilakukan oleh psikolog Puskesmas dan kader Posyandu melalui beberapa program kegiatan bersama, seperi DSSJ dan PusLing.
