PSIKODRAMA UNTUK MENURUNKAN TINGKAT STRES PADA SISWA AKSELERASI

Kejenuhan dan rasa tertekan atas tuntutan kurikulum akselerasi yang diterapkan merupakan salah satu penyebab stres yang mereka alami. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka peneliti mengajukan psikodrama sebagai salah satu bentuk terapi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah systematic case study. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni self report, wawancara dan observasi. Subyek penelitian yang menjadi anggota kelompok berjumlah 4 orang dari siswa akselerasi MAN 1 Malang yang memiliki tingkat stres yang tinggi yakni diatas 5 berdasarkan self report (SUDS). Sedangkan analisa data meliputi 4 bagian yaitu bagaimana kondisi sebelum diberi perlakuan psikodrama, kondisi selama proses psikodrama berlangsung, kondisi setelah diberi perlakuan psikodrama, serta yang terakhir kondisi saat sesi follow up. Hasil yang didapatkan yakni psikodrama dapat menurunkan tingkat stres pada siswa akselerasi.

Burnout and distress over the demands of the curriculum applied acceleration is one of the causes of their stress. Under these conditions, the researchers propose psychodrama as a form of therapy to overcome these problems. This type of research used by the researchers is systematic case study. Data collection methods used that self-report, interview and observation. Research subjects who are members of groups of 4 people from MAN 1 Malang acceleration students who have high stress levels which is above 5 based on self-report (SUDS). While the data analysis covers four parts, namely how the condition before being treated psychodrama, psychodrama conditions during the process progresses, condition after being treated psychodrama, as well as the current state of the last follow-up session. The results obtained psychodrama that can reduce stress levels in student acceleration.
