Information For Readers

The Journal of Global-Local Interactions (GLI) online ISSN 2657-0009 is a publication by the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. The journal's aim is to facilitate discussion, sharing, and debate on relevant topics in the fields of Contemporary Global Security, Foreign Policy Analysis, Geopolitics of Globalization, Global Contemporary Issues, Global Political Economic, International-Domestic (Intermestic) Studies, Network Society, and Paradiplomacy. The journal invites submissions from researchers in the fields of political and social sciences who have a research focus on those issues. 

The journal will publish papers on the issues biannually, primarily in June and December. The Department of International Relations in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Indonesia, and Asosiasi Ilmu Hubungan Internasional Indonesia (AIHII) collaborate to publish GLI. A manuscript submitted to the Editorial Board for consideration must be an authentic and unpublished piece of work, with no current consideration for publication elsewhere.
