Jurnal Ilmiah Psikologi Terapan (JIPT) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Faculty of Psychology, University of Muhammadiyah Malang in collaboration with Ikatan Psikologi Klinis (IPK). This journal publishes research reports on the development of psychology as a science in a variety of contexts, especially issues in applied psychology. JIPT is published twice annually (January and August) and the submitted articles can be in Bahasa Indonesia or English. Manuscripts must be original and have never been published elsewhere.
Jurnal Ilmiah Psikologi Terapan (JIPT) has been accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) and Managed by the Ministry of Research, and Technology / National Research and Innovation Agency of Republic Indonesia with Third Grade (Sinta 3) for year 2022 to 2026 according to the decree No. 204/E/KPT/2022. Scopes in this journal are Clinical Psychology, Psychology of Education, Cognitive Psychology, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, Disaster Psychology, CyberPsychology & Behavior, Family Psychology, and Psychology of Exceptional Learners.

Starting from the August issue of 2022, Jurnal Ilmiah Psikologi Terapan (JIPT) will only be publishing papers in English. However, we will continue accepting submissions in Bahasa Indonesia and manuscripts declared accepted by the editor at the final stage must be translated into English. These manuscripts must also be examined by a partner agency that we appoint.
